Arrival: Arrive at Kathmandu Tribhuvan Airport from Delhi.

Transfer: Meet & greet by our tour representative and transfer to the hotel.

Rest & Refresh: Check in and relax after the flight.

Evening (Optional): Explore the Thamel area for shopping and local cuisine.

Distance/Time: Kathmandu to Pokhara – 200 km / 6–7 hours (road)

Early morning drive via Tatopani → Marpha → Ghasa → Jomsom.

Overnight in Jomsom.

Drive: Return to Jomsom by road.

Flight: Fly back from Jomsom to Pokhara.

A 10% advance amount is required for the booking confirmation.

10% discount on the total amount for guests who booked a tour with us more than 4 months ago.

Balance payment must be completed before the start of the trip or at the time of cab pickup (as discussed with the travel executive).

Cancellation Policy

30 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation charge

15–29 days before departure: 25% cancellation charge

7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge

Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation charge

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the cancellation charges are deducted.

No refund for partially utilised services or missed sightseeing.

Bank transfer refund may take 5–7 working days after approval.

Indian travellers must carry a Voter ID/Aadhar.

Best time to visit: March–June & September–December.

Carry warm clothes for Jomsom & Muktinath.

INR 100/50/20 notes accepted; ₹2000 not allowed.

Mobile network is weak in Mustang; Nepal SIM recommended.

Weather may affect road travel; flexibility is advised.

    A solution that we came up with is to think of sanitary pads packaging as you would tea. Tea comes individually packaged
